Flex Face Signs

Sometimes a customer is faced with a very large format Sign in Kingston. That was the issue for the Salvation Army Family Thrift Store on Bath Road. The sign box that is on the building is 40' long and almost 4' high. If that sign face were to use Modified Acrylic as it's substrate the sign face alone would weight over 400 pounds. That's a lot of weight hanging off the front of a building. It would also be subject to a lot of expansion and contraction as it faces the afternoon sun.

The resolution is to use Flex Face material that is in a tentioned frame. It maintains it's smooth surface regardless of temperature, while offering a huge size to weight ratio advantage. Flex Face and it's tentioning frame is similar in cost to Modified Acrylic and is just as weather resistant.
